HD Install :: Partioning

Hi guys. I'm new here, so don't kill me. ^_^

anyways, i downloaded DSL embedded, and put it on a CD. I want to install it to my hard drive though, but i need to make a partion. I created and messed with partions using my WinXP recovery disk, but i don't have that anymore. I am running good (yeah right) ol' Windows 98 (FIRST EDITION) and i tried to type diskpart in command line, but it won't work. Can someone tell me how to create and delete partions with WIN98 command line?

Thanks in advance.

Hmm... that doesn't work, but i can write an WIndows98 system recovery floppy disk, but i dont have a floppy disk.... that system recovery can create and delete partions too. off to walmart.
Ugh.. *slaps self* I should've downloaded the .iso..... If i just download the ISO, and burn it to a cd, and boot from the CD, can i install or run it?
