Multimedia :: How do I get sound working?

Sorry, I'm an uber-n00b here, but I need some help setting up the sound on an old 200Mhz NEC Ready 120LT Laptop. I've done a clean install of DSL 3.2, so where do I go from here?

Well, "sudo modprobe sb" works wonders. And... I really need to look more closely at other threads first... sorry about the extra thread.
