HD Install :: How to run CFDisk??

Im trying to indtall DSL to my HD using the provided instructions... but i cant find how/where i can run CFDisk!??

Any Ideas?

Once you are running DSL from CD ...
First start a terminal ... then type
"sudo su" to become root ... then type
"cfdisk" to begin ...

Hi everybody, i want to install damn on my cf without (if possibly) burning a cd.
My cf is on /dev/hde
can i use dd or something like that to "untar" the iso ?

I've tried to become root on DSL that I have, but nowhere do I find it documented what the default root password is. I've tried the ovbious, but no go.
