HD Install :: Few questions on frugal

I just downloaded and installed DSL to my HD today, before I read all this fugal and standard issues. Standard gave me a choice of grub or lilo.

I choose grub because I know and love grub.

But this idea of frugal looks good, I just don't know about lilo, for one thing lilo doesn't do to good of job over writing grub some times.

But besides that I would have to have grub back.

So I was looking at the means to that end, and found several threads. One thread said DSL doesn't support grub install, yet here you say it does. In the documentation on the WiKi it leads you to believe you need to download a grub floppy image of some sort, but the links are all dead.

I was just hopping maybe these issues I see are all been worked out in the last current release. Does any one Know?

With Frugal we offer both Grub and Lilo, see the system menu or boot dsl with install for a text install menu

I would favor grub from frugal installs because it is easy to change the grub boot menu.

I would favor lilo frugal for installing to CF for custom application/appliance where you don't want easy access to changing system configuration.
