HD Install :: Kernel panic

I install DSL in my hdd on my prim. pc, but when i put the hdd on other pc(P133 32MB ram 520mb hdd)after al bios cheks etc. it says "Kernel panic: can't mount root file system" Can anyone tell my how to fix the problem?
