HD Install :: /etc/modules.conf more recent than.. error on boot

Thanks. Any ideas about the twin CD-ROM drives thing?
I only have one physical CD-ROM and in the fluxbox (?) i can see two when clicking left/right. Also only one will mount the CD in the CDROM. The other just gives a drive not ready error.
