EDIT:i now have
C: (FAT32 with Windows 98SE)
D: (FAT32)
E: (FAT32)
F: (FAT32 with Windows XP)
i want to delete Drive E: for DSL

OK,

Drive e: (assuming this is all one physical drive) is /dev/hda3.  You're probably going to need to remove the FAT partition (I use an old boot floppy with a partitioning utility) first, then proceed with the install.  You might consider the frugal install, lots of benefits to it!  You can read more on the forum.
