HD Install :: boot disk troubles

Can't seem to make a boot disk while running the livecd version of DSL... Tried making a boot disk from another linux machine using a newer kernel but that didn't do me much good either. Is there an easy way to get cdisk or some type of partitioning utility that fits on a floppy? Thanks.

I use Tomsrtbt, which is a Linux distro that fits on a floppy.

I use it to make all my partitions using fdisk.
