HD Install :: Formatting HD with DSL

I have an old Dell Pentium 200mhz. DSL boots by cd and all but I want to do an HD install and I need to figure out how to format the HD... It's got a 2GB HD and I want to format the whole thing to use as a web server. Can I format it from DSL? Is there a floppy tool that will format it to ext2 for me? Please email me in response...
