HD Install :: Menue and icon config?

Hi, i have a HD install of DSL and i want to change the menue items present and the icons ... which files do i need to edit?

The menu items file are inside a hidden directory ".fluxbox", that is inside your home directory.

The desktop icons are inside another hidden directory ".xtdesktop".
