HD Install :: vncserver run at startup

I have installed the mydsl vncserver.dsl program and it works fine, but I have not been able to get the program to run at startup. Has anyone found an easy way to get vncserver to run at startup. I have tried everything that I can find on this forum and the realvnc mailing list. Thanks for the help.
