HD Install :: Loadlin + DamnSmallLinux

A friend of mine with an unknown CPU speed, 16mb RAM, and 1000mb of unallocated space would like to try DSL, and install it.

He uses windows 98, and doesn't have the ability to burn a CD.

I'm just not all that familar with loadlin.

The default usage /w Basic Linux is:
loadlin zimage root=/dev/loop0 initrd=initfs.gz rw

Would: loadlin KNOPPIX root=/dev/loop0 rw
work?
