HD Install :: Which file to Download

I am new to Linux.. I have looked around a bit..

Seems to me like if I get the right file from the Download section that I should have no problems booting to installation.

This old computer is kinda running Windows ME.. I don't get CD-Rom support once booted so I need to boot to the CD for installation. Just need to know what file or files I need to put on the CD..
