HD Install :: net unreachable

i had an ip address gateway dns server mask and all untill yesterday i was able to cnfig netcard disabling dhcp and using ip and other addresses it was working in dsl .

today my isp has changed all that i was supposed to set tcp/ip to get ip automatically and was asked to broadcast 10.0.0.1 and ping 10.0.0.1
in both windows 2k and win 98se it works alright
using hoverip.exe i found that in windows dhcp enabled and i had ip of 10.1.1.44 subnet mask 255.255.255.255 dns 10.0.0.1

i couldnot set up dhcp broadcast 10.0.0.1

once isay dhcp broadcast it starts doing 192. something
i have no control at all.

how can i set dhcp in dsl
i was successful in installing enhanced install and liloboot correctly.
kindly help now that net connection is not reachable[B]
