HD Install :: Video Modes

Umm, sorry if its offtopic, I haven't found anyplace better to ask.

What can I do to change the refresh rate from 60 Hz (unhealthy to watch) to 100 Hz?
(My Flatron 795FT can do 100 Hz in 1024.)
