HD Install :: install question

i am currently running suse 9.1 with a grub bootloader. i have an 80 gb hd. on hda6 is suse. on hda7 i did have vector and was able to boot it fine with grub. i then installed dsl tonight to hda7. for some reason i can't boot dsl with grub. i get an Error 15: file not found
oh my swap is hda5.
during the install i opted not to install lilo. do i need lilo to boot dsl?

are you sure dsl is installed properly. in one of the other distros mount the partition and see if the FS is there

You can add a line to your grub bootloader in /boot/grub/grub.conf and it should load it with no problems...however the proper syntax I dont know

you do not need lilo, you have grub

questions.
what does you grub/menu.lst look like.
where is your dsl kernel.
