HD Install :: Gigafast WLAN card driver install, (newbie)

I have successfully installed DSL .8.1.1 on a Toshiba Satelite 2515CDS laptop (Pentium MMX, 32MB RAM) and it runs much better than the old windoz it replaced. I have a GigaFast WF721-AEX 802.11B wireless card that I would like to use on this machine. As installed DSL will not recognize this card. GigaFast offers a number of Linux drivers for this card (www.gigafast.com/support/WF721Drivers.htm). Would one of them work with DSL? Is there a SIMPLE way to add drivers in a DSL hard drive install or is this a complex task. I have almost no Linux experience so I would need to have very basic instructions. If this is a lot of effort then finding a Netgear MA401 may be a better if more expensive option.

ndiswrapper, which allows you to use your windows drivers in linux...its a bear to get working but is very very nice!!

It looks like ndsiwrapper with GUI is included in the new .8.2. Taking advantage of this would require a new hard drive install. It might be worth it if this tool is simple to use as included in .8.2. If using it is as much effort as installing linux drivers, then what it would do is allow support for devices that don't have Linux drivers. Anyone tried it yet?
Yes,
I am successfully using the Microsoft MN720 54MHz "G" card
with windows drivers I found at ndiswrapper.sourceforge.net ..

I used the ndiswrapper GUI to install it,
Worked like a champ for me on both HDInstall and LiveCD ..
