HD Install :: several errors during hdinstall

hi all,

i didn't find anything applying my problem

i receive several errors during my harddisk install of dsl. i made some photos that you can find here:

http://www.ex-change.org/of/dsl/

i'm linux noob an just looking for a small graphical linux that runs on my old notebook (p2 233 mhz, 32mb ram).

i hope you can help me :)

bye

"No space left on device" probably means that you've run out of ram, or harddisk space, or both.  Perhaps you didn't create a usable ext2 partition?
there is no partition on the disc. do i need to create root and swap? i thought it would be created during install like every other linux install does :)

edit: created partitions, same problem.

i still do have this problem. tried another iso, but nearly the same errors.

i know why i love windows, everything's fine :P

edit:

ok i did it. thx

just fyi, you also need to partition and format your hard drive in order to install windows.

About your error, it probably printed out that after writing to the device to restart... and I'm guessing it worked after you did.
