HD Install :: Install DSL on SATA

I know that DSL does not have SATA supprt. I know that DSL-N does have SATA supprt, but this is linux. Has anyone successfully installed DSL onto a SATA drive, or could someone point me in the right direction?

Sata support need a newer kernel. dsl-2.1b does and some sata is possible in that version using the boot option sata
