I'm looking at emelfm and I don't see a mydsl button anywhere either.
Is there a command line way to install a mydsl package? Specifically a firefox.tar.gz that I've downloaded to /tmp?

v2.3. But I don't think I need emelFM anymore since I found
mydsl-load filename
