HD Install :: Grub error 2

Hi

After an extensive search in the forums and the wiki, I come to you for help.

I managed to install DSL on a P133 16MB ram. Though it wasn't easy, I finally got it running reasonably fast.
My problems began when I included a wrong entry in GRUB's menu.lst
Now I get a 'GRUB error 2' message at boot. I can boot from a floppy (no cd boot in this PC), but I haven't been able to return menu.lst to its previous status.

I know that the error may have been caused by something else, but this is my best guess.
