HD Install :: How to recognize swap and home hd

Fellow DSLers,

I just did a HD install of DSL with partitions created for root, swap and home.  How do I get Slit (whatever that program is called on the desktop showing, cpu, swap, filesystem...) to display the home & swap partitions I created with cfdisk?

Right now because of the small numbers it appears to be reflecting RAM.  This is running a 32mb ram Toshiba 330CDT.
