HD Install :: PPC?

Is there a version of dsl that will run on a ppc? My brother is using some crappy old macs at his work that can barely run OS 9, and I've been trying to convert him to linux. DSL looks like (resource-wise) it would a huge improvement over the current OS, if it will work with that processor.

I don't think dsl will run on a ppc processor.

I use Ubuntu on my 500Mhz (ppc) iMac it it is pretty fast considering.

I burned him an ubuntu live cd to see how he likes it. I've personally never used it, but I've heard good. It was also the only liveCD I could find for PPC
