HD Install :: poorlman install problem

Sorry for my poor english, i'm from belgium and speak french

I'm trying to install DSL on an old notbook (Pentium 133 - 32Mb Ram - 2 Gb HDD - no cd rom)

I've booted on the TOMSRTBT floppy, with no problem,
I've downloaded http://ibiblio.org/pub....lite.sh and I'm trying to launch it, but y got the following message:

./frugal_lite.sh: permission denied

Anyone have a idea for me?
