HD Install :: install DSL TO HD

I have just got DSL running on my P1.5 233mzh 64MG RAM
[running from cd rom with boot floopy] using directions i have rec'd from reading thru this forum
i do not have anything else on this computer so HD is empty
Is there any FAQ available on How To Install directly to HD
I mean a FAQ for DUMMIES I have read some on this subject but get lost on all the partitions i have read i need
i do know how to create one partition using fdisk as i have had to do this for windows reinstall but have never done more than one Do i need these different partitions if all i am running is DSL?
On a positive note DSL seems to run well from cd rom but is somewhat slow [think cd rom is 16X or maybe 24X not sure about that not marked] but all in all i like it so far have a few probs with video/monitor i think but that can wait for now
