Apps :: no gcc found

apt-get?

no internet connection!

ask your friend to put the 30mb of gcc*.debs on floppies.
or seriously get the cdroms from debian if your friend has internet he can download the debian isos burn them and give then to you

you cant stand there with empty hands and expect things to happen.

I have the debian cd1 at home.
I ll have a look at it.

I ve gcc on my usb-stick now.
What's better? Running the source from the stick or the debian-package from cd?
