Apps :: Ummm... file manager?

I'm using DSL now, and it's really great, but I put a cd of mps in my secondary drive and mounted it. So... how do I open it so that I can see the files and pick the ones I want to play? When I try to browse with xmms it won't open the cd. *blank stare*

Any advice would be appreciated. ;)
