How install in terminal (or with terminal, or on terminal, how right say?) KDevelop?

kdevelop is part of kde. it has alot of dependencys. you might as well install kde based distro like slax..

but if you want to try,

enable apt-get
goto /etc/apt/sources.list and change oldstable to sarge.
apt-get install kdevelop3
