Other Help Topics :: invisable D4X

I'm running DSL 2.2 downloaded d4x into my optional directory, click on it and the icon is put with the other apps, click on the d4x icon (I checked, and 4 d4x processes are started), where is the app, searched all workspaces, NO D4X to be seen.
Ran d4x from the command line (as dsl) same result.

Where do I report this?
