User Feedback :: CD burner recommendation

Hi, having excellent results with DSL so far. What is the best way to burn a CD from a ThinkPad 600 laptop? Are there any external USB burners supported in DSL? Many thanks.

Generally speaking, if your usb device is MASS STORAGE COMPATIBLE, it should work with DSL or any version of Linux that uses a fairly recent version of the 2.4 kernel like 2.4.19 or newer.
