User Feedback :: Wireless

When I was looking for a pcmcia card for my laptop, I first looked at what was supported in DSL.
$ ls -la /lib/modules/2.4.20-xfs/kernel/drivers/net/wireless
What was there is:  airo, hermes, and orinoco
Since I refuse to install to hard drive, I got a card that I KNEW was going to be supported!

or google search for  linux-wlan-ng and try installing that.

I'm running wireless under DSL using a AmbiCom 2.4 GHz / 11mpbs card, model WL1100B-PC/PCI, this is a generic from Taiwan which I think emulates an Orinoco card.
