Hey Eric, sorry about the angst back there.

If you're running the newest version of Damn Small (0.6.3) it gives you the option to install all of the GNU utils when you hdinstall. I believe it's the `Enhanced' option.

I am using a HD installed DSL.

But, in this thread (and others) there are comments about various options/selections during the HD install, eg: the GNU utils in this thread.

I must have screwed up, I didn't get any options/selections during the HD install. I used the HD install instructions in the /home/damnsmall/ folder.

Is there another (better) way to do a HD install??
